This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Dollars Markets ("Broker", "we", "us", "our") and the undersigned client ("Client", "you", "your"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you will access and use our trading services and platforms.
Dollars Markets provides an online trading platform that facilitates access to various financial markets. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform under the terms agreed upon.

You acknowledge that trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You are aware that losses can exceed deposits and that you should trade only with risk capital.
You may fund your account using methods approved by Dollars Markets. Withdrawals will be processed in a timely manner, subject to the terms of identity verification. Dollars Markets reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and fees.
Dollars Markets will provide details of all relevant fees and charges on our website. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services.
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the trading platform and any associated materials provided belong to Dollars Markets or our licensors.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all amounts payable by you to Dollars Markets will become immediately due and payable.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body agreed upon by the parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Dollars Markets reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any amendments through our website or other communication methods.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements.
